Movement Two · The Academy

The
Ripple.

A global academy for the people who raise, teach, and care for children with special needs.
The thesis

Train in Bahrain.
Teach the world.

For whom

Every hand that touches the child.

01
Parents
The first teachers. The first caregivers. The first line of hope.
02
Teachers
Mainstream educators learning to teach inclusively. Shadow teachers specialising.
03
Home helpers
The full-time carers who live alongside the family — dignified, trained, certified.
04
Siblings
Often overlooked. Always affected. Equipped to support, protect, and one day, inherit the role.
05
Care professionals
ABA practitioners, speech and OT assistants, residential staff — credentialed to global standard.
The four-stage rollout

From Bahrain. Everywhere.

Bahrain KSA UAE Qatar Oman Pakistan India Bangladesh Senegal Somalia UK USA Canada Australia
Stage 1–2 · Bahrain & the Gulf
Stage 3 · Emerging markets
Stage 4 · Global placement
The plan

Four stages. One credential.

01
The Bahrain foundation
Year 1 – 2

A flagship campus in Bahrain, co-located with The Home. Long-form diplomas in shadow teaching, inclusive education, ABA support, caregiver practice, and sibling support. Short workshops open to every family in the country. Accredited by ATHE (UK), CPD Certification Service (UK), and recognised locally.

02
The Gulf expansion
Year 2 – 3

Online cohorts across the Arabic-speaking world. Partner centres in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait. Bahrain remains the certification-issuing authority, making every qualification a Bahrain credential.

03
Emerging-market hubs
Year 3 – 5

Dedicated centres in Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Senegal, Somalia, and other high-population markets. Hybrid delivery — in-country classroom hours, online modules, final assessment in Bahrain. Co-recognition agreements with host-country governments turn every certificate into a national qualification on both sides.

04
A global credential
Year 5 +

Bahrain Certified Caregiver becomes a recognized professional standard. A placement arm matches graduates into the markets where demand is highest — the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, and beyond. Ongoing CPD keeps every certificate alive, and every graduate connected back to Bahrain.

The pipeline

Train where talent lives. Certify in Bahrain. Serve where talent is needed.

Step 01
Where talent lives
Local cohorts in Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Senegal, Somalia, and other markets with deep care-work traditions.
Step 02
Bahrain certification
Final assessment and credential issued from the mothership. The Bahrain name becomes the quality mark.
Step 03
Where talent is needed
Placement into The Home, into Gulf institutions, and into the developed markets where specialised care pay is multiples of origin-country wages.

An empowerment pathway, not a staffing agency. Every graduate earns a professional credential that travels with them for life — and every receiving institution gets staff trained to a single, high standard.
